लिखित जाप कैसे शुरू करें: एक दैनिक गाइड

Likhita Japa is the spiritual practice of writing a mantra repeatedly. It is a powerful way to focus the mind and deepen your devotion. Here is a simple guide on how to integrate this practice into your daily life using the Shree Ram Jaap app.

1. Set a Daily Intention

Before you begin typing or writing, take a deep breath. Set a clear intention for your practice. It could be for world peace, inner calm, or simply out of devotion to Lord Rama.

2. Choose Your Time and Place

Consistency is key. Try to do your Likhita Japa at the same time every day. Early morning (Brahmamuhurta) or right before sleep are highly recommended times as the mind is naturally quieter.

3. Start Small (One Mala)

Don't overwhelm yourself. Start with just 108 names (One Mala) per day. Using our app, this only takes a few minutes. As the habit solidifies, you can increase your count.

4. Focus on Quality, Not Speed

While it is tempting to type as fast as possible to complete the mala, the true benefit comes from mindfulness. Mentally pronounce the name "Ram" as you type each letter. Feel the devotion in every keystroke.
